DO I WORK WITH ONE PROJECT MANAGER?
Yes! When you sign up, you will get a project manager who helps the system form your team, answers questions, jumps on calls, and deals with issues if they arise
DOES RIVET OFFER VIDEO OR PHONE CALLS?
Your project manager can always get on a call to discuss something, deal with concerns, or answer any questions. All other communication is done through the platform or by responding to email updates.
HOW DOES THE 14-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE WORK?
The 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee allows you to form your team, run, and complete projects, see the quality of work, create buckets, meet the project manager and so much more! If the service isn’t a good fit within those 14 days, you’re a new customer and haven’t fully activated your account, you can email info@rivetdigital.net for a full refund and have your account closed.

How many tasks will my team work on each day?
As part of the Rivet Graphics subscription, your Dedicated Design Team will have 2 tasks in progress for you at any given time, and they will allocate 3 hours each business day to completing your requests. If you need a higher volume of outputs, and faster turnarounds, you can add on additional subscriptions.
What kind of designs doesn’t Rivet do?
We’re an experienced team but there are a few limits to what we can deliver. That is: 3D/CAD, Video Animation, Coding, Copywriting, HTML, Photography, Website, mobile & App design project
How do I submit and manage my requests?
By simply drafting an email to your dedicated project manager. You can use our predefined task posting templates which you will get at the time of subscription in our onboarding email.

How many social media accounts can my Rivet team manage?
We can manage as many as accounts you have. Your dedicated team will allocate 3 hours each business day to completing your requests. If you need a higher volume of outputs, and faster turnarounds, you can add on additional subscriptions.

You can inform your dedicated project manager which all social media platforms you would like to let them manage.
