Pursuant to these Terms and Conditions, Rivet Digital, a company incorporated and acting under the laws of England and Wales, registration number: 13640073, having its registered The First, Ahmedabad – 380015 renders the services specified in the invoice to the Customer.

1. Acceptance of Terms

The Services are offered and provided subject to your acceptance of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other policies (including, without limitation, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy) and procedures published from time to time by Rivet Digital related to the Services, which shall be incorporated herein by reference. By receiving and using the Services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Changes

Rivet Digital may revise the Terms and Conditions, policies, or procedures at its sole discretion. Updates will be published on the Rivet Digital website (https://rivet.digital/), with the updated date reflected above. It is the Customer’s responsibility to review the Terms frequently. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

3. Definitions
3.1 Contractor:

Rivet Digital, a company incorporated and acting under the laws of England and Wales, registration number: 13640073, having its registered office at The First, Ahmedabad – 380015

3.2 Customer:

The legal entity or individual who orders services by signing an invoice or completing a payment form issued by Rivet Digital.

3.3 Agreement:

The agreement between Rivet Digital and the Customer for services, governed by these Terms and an Invoice.

3.4 Services:

The monthly services under Rivet Digital plans described on https://rivet.digital and specified in the invoice (the “Invoice”). Upon payment, the Customer agrees to a subscription service where charges recur monthly unless canceled at least 3 calendar days before renewal.

3.5 Additional Services:

Services not included in Rivet Digital plans, ordered separately by the Customer, and detailed in the invoice.

3.6 Party to the Agreement:

Refers to either Rivet Digital or the Customer.

3.7 Business Day:

A day other than a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday in England, during which banks in London are open for business.

4. Procedure for Entering into Force

4.1. Rivet Digital undertakes to render services per the terms herein upon acceptance of the offer by the Customer, marked by full payment of the invoice.

4.2. Acceptance of these Terms implies acceptance of all referenced policies, including Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

4.3. Agreements are not required to be physically signed and are enforceable once payment is made.

5. Scope of the Agreement

5.1. Rivet Digital provides services and additional services as detailed in the invoice.

5.2. The Contractor reserves the right to engage third parties to deliver services.

5.3. Services are rendered during business hours (10:00 AM to 6:00 PM GMT+2). Tasks are submitted and tracked via Trello.

5.4. Unlimited requests and revisions are accepted; however, the output depends on task complexity and volume. Time-sensitive projects are discouraged.

5.5. Deliverables must be downloaded by the Customer within one month from submission. Rivet Digital reserves the right to delete materials after this period.

5.6. The Customer is responsible for proofreading deliverables and must report errors within two calendar days of receipt.

6. Rights and Obligations
6.1 Rivet Digital:
  • Has the right to refuse tasks that violate laws or suspend services for non-compliance.
  • Will ensure confidentiality and proper delivery of services as per the agreement.
6.2 Customer:
  • Must provide necessary information, comply with these Terms, and ensure timely payments.
  • Has the right to efficient service delivery and a refund request (subject to the Refund Policy).
7. Payment
  • Payments must be made 100% upfront for services and additional services.
  • Subscription fees are charged monthly unless canceled at least 3 calendar days before renewal.
  • Refunds are subject to a 7-day money-back guarantee (not applicable if discounts were provided).
8. Service Acceptance

Services are deemed accepted if no complaints are raised within five business days post-delivery. All intellectual property rights transfer to the Customer upon service acceptance, except for Rivet Digital’s portfolio rights.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Rivet Digital provides services “as is” and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Liability for damages is limited to the amount paid by the Customer.

10. Indemnity

The Customer agrees to indemnify Rivet Digital and its affiliates against any losses or claims arising from misuse or breach of these Terms.
