At Rivet Digital, all payments are securely processed through Stripe. Clients may request a refund within 7 days of their first transaction. We offer a full refund for subscriptions or trials purchased through the Rivet Digital website, subject to the conditions below.
Rivet Digital reserves the right to deny refund requests in the following scenarios:
If the client attempts to compromise our data, harm our services, team, assets, or reputation.
If there is evidence that the client is attempting to resell Rivet Digital’s services without authorization.
If the client’s account is found to be involved in fraudulent activities (e.g., misuse of affiliate fees).
Refund Procedure
To request a refund, clients must contact Rivet Digital at support@rivetdigital.com with the following details:
The request must be sent from the email used for the payment.
The email should include the date and details of the transaction.
Rivet Digital will review refund requests within 3 business days of receiving the email.
